DELIVERY

DELIVERY - All our parcels are sent by colissimo. You will receive your order in person against signature, either directly at the delivery address or at your usual post office in case of absence. And of course, you will be able to follow the evolution of your package by clicking here.

All orders placed before noon (Monday to Friday inclusive) are shipped the same day. Orders placed from Friday afternoon to Sunday included, will be shipped from Monday afternoon. These delays may vary during sales periods or specific operations.

The automatic calculation of shipping costs will be active at the checkout stage.

For international shipments - shipping costs do not include customs fees that may be due when the package arrives at the destination country

RETURN 

You have a period of 14 working days (from the date of receipt) to return an item if you are not completely satisfied. We can proceed to a refund (amount of the article(s) excluding shipping costs) or to an exchange if you wish another article or another size. The refund will be made within a maximum of 30 days.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. No product will be accepted without its original label clearly indicating the product bar code.

Before any return of goods - it is imperative to contact us by email at contact@lafabricshop.com or by phone at 04.93.55.19.89 in order to obtain a return number. The return of the goods must be done in the original packaging with a copy of the invoice and the return number written prominently on the package. Any goods used by the customer will not be refunded or exchanged.
